Services offered include:

  • Plan preparation, including soft & hard landscaping
  • Plant selections and detailed descriptions
  • Plant sourcing at discounted rates
  • Council DA approval where required
  • Sourcing contractors
  • Project management

We work with you to develop a Landscape Concept Plan which is drawn to a convenient scale using Autocad and details the proposed:

  • garden layout
  • nature and specification of any hard landscape features
  • plant selection and placement and
  • any useful sections and elevations.

Services are charged on an hourly rate basis (currently $120/hr incl GST). The total cost of preparing a detailed Landscape Concept Plan varies depending on the size and complexity of the job, but for an average garden design would fall in the 12 to 15 hour range. A design cost estimate can be made after the initial client site visit.

Many of our clients break the construction of their gardens into manageable phases, often spread over a number of years.
